Kenya Chronicles | February 2026

Our camps in Mara North Conservancy are right at the heart of several lion prides, with cubs being raised close to camp. Cheetah are making the most of these quieter months and are hunting freely on the open grasslands and if leopards are on the wish list then we couldn’t be better placed. A family who came to stay with us Ngare Serian in January managed to see most of the Big 5 on their drive from the airstrip to camp.  In the main reserve, Serian’s Nkorombo continues to reveal unexpected sightings.

This classic tented camp is an absolute hidden gem and really comes into its own at this time of year – set right on the banks of the Mara River and with incredible year-round resident wildlife, you are never quite sure what each day might bring.

We have pockets of availability in various camps (February half term and Easter in Kenya
and June in Lamai), please do contact Ben for some great last-minute offers for families, couples and singles.
