Our purpose is to provide you with unparalleled access to the world we’re in – we give you the magical keys to a trapdoor… Slip through the ether and be in a parallel universe that would exist if everything were stripped back to pure, raw, essential nature. Our camps, and the experience we offer, are designed to lay open these incredible spaces for you… To let you explore, learn the intricacies and secrets, be there as the daily miracles of life and death, deluge and desert, sunlight and starlight, chaos and serenity unfold.

Each of our camps is carefully situated to offer something unique. Serian and Ngare Serian luxuriate in the exclusivity of the Mara North Conservancy, and offer a wealth of activities unavailable in the National Parks. Serian’s Nkorombo taps into the timeless magic of the Masai Mara Reserve, while in Tanzania, Serian’s Serengeti camps move twice annually with the wildebeest migration, to make the most of the river crossings and their birthing season.
Fly Camping
While our camps can already be considered remote, walking from our adventure fly camp takes you further off the beaten track, and off any track entirely.
Walking Safaris
Walking – adds another layer. It’s a less passive way, more interactive and macro-focused. Vehicles offer a broader view – walks fill in the details.
Game Drives
We believe the way to get the most out of your game drive is that everyone is furnished with their own exclusive vehicle, and private spotter and guide.
Night Drives
Nocturnal creatures emerge, the heavens are festooned with stars, and the landscape mutates into a whole other world by the light of the moon.

Alex’s idea is that the product is what’s out there. We provide a comfortable base for you, but the focus is on the bush and what you can see, feel, touch, smell, taste.

Exclusive use of vehicle – You are in these beautiful places… Now you need to get out there, and seize the wonders, drink in the beauty, suck the marrow out of the experience, indulge your wanderlust to its utmost degree.
In our eyes, the only way to truly have an unadulterated experience is to have your own personal vehicle– an experience like this should be too beautiful to be mediated or marred by the whims and desires of others.
You are the captain of your ship, and the master of your destiny. So, we automatically allocate all our guests a private safari car, and their very own guide and spotter, included in our rates.

Flexibility – Having your own wheels and your own private guide grants you the flexibility and freedom to roam and explore as you please. No fixed departures, no sharing with people who don’t share your interests…
If you like the idea of leaving before daybreak and staying out all day, there’s nothing to hold you back. Of course, the same goes for those who prefer a more relaxed approach. Park next to the river all morning and take in the birds and the butterflies, or ramble the savannah from one sighting to the next – the choice is yours, and need depend on no other desire but your own.

Taking your time to immerse – We are privileged enough to be in some of the most beautiful spaces in the world, with a dazzling plethora of experiences to be had… The one thing you need to ensure is that you have enough days to do justice to it all.
